Relief of productive cough associated with the common cold, bronchitis, and other respiratory conditions.
May also be used to relieve symptoms of postnasal drip.
This combination medication works by: Guaifenesin: Loosens mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide: Suppresses the cough reflex by acting on the cough center in the brain. Bromhexine: Breaks down mucus, making it thinner and easier to expel.
Store at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
Follow the instructions on the medication label or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
The usual adult dose is 1 to 2 tablets or capsules every 4 to 6 hours as needed.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Avoid alcohol while taking this medication as it can increase the risk of drowsiness and dizziness.
This medication can cause drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.
Talk to your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is not known if this medication is safe for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
This medication is not recommended for children under 12 years of age unless directed by a doctor.
This medication may need to be used with caution in patients with kidney problems.
