Nimodipine

Is a calcium channel blocker medication.

Nimodipine is primarily used to prevent brain damage after a subarachnoid hemorrhage (bleeding in the space between the brain and the skull).

Nimodip 30mg Tab (Nimodipine) works by relaxing blood vessels in the brain, which helps to improve blood flow and reduce the risk of further damage. It blocks the entry of calcium into the smooth muscle cells of the blood vessels, preventing them from constricting.

Store Nimodipine at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

The dosage of Nimodipine will be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and medical condition.

It is typically administered orally, usually three to four times a day.

Do not stop taking Nimodipine without consulting your doctor.

Common side effects of Nimodipine may include headache, dizziness, flushing, and low blood pressure.

Alcohol Consumption
