Ketorolac Tromethamine

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Ofloxacin

A fluoroquinolone antibiotic that fights bacterial infections.

Treatment of bacterial infections susceptible to ofloxacin (e.g., respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin infections). Note: This combination is NOT appropriate for all bacterial infections. A doctor's prescription is crucial.

Treatment of moderate to severe pain associated with inflammation (e.g., postsurgical pain, musculoskeletal pain)

Ketorolac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Ofloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, preventing bacterial replication and causing bacterial cell death.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and medical history.

Follow the prescribed dosage and frequency carefully. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

The medication may be taken with food to reduce stomach upset.

Complete the full course of treatment as prescribed, even if symptoms improve.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and other side effects. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication.

This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless the benefits outweigh the potential risks. Consult your doctor.



Children

Safety and efficacy in children have not been established. Not recommended for pediatric use.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease. Renal function monitoring may be required.



Liver

Use with caution in patients with liver disease. Liver function monitoring may be required.
