A long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (laba) that relaxes the muscles in the airways, making it easier to breathe.
A long-acting muscarinic antagonist (lama) that reduces mucus production and relaxes the muscles in the airways.
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
Maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in patients with COPD.
Airz F Rotacaps (Formoterol + Glycopyrrolate) work synergistically to improve lung function. Formoterol relaxes the airway muscles by stimulating beta2-adrenergic receptors, while glycopyrrolate reduces mucus secretion and further relaxes the airways by blocking muscarinic receptors. This combination provides bronchodilation and reduces symptoms of COPD.
Store at room temperature, below 25°C (77°F). Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
Always follow your doctor's prescription instructions carefully.
The usual dose is one inhalation twice daily, typically morning and evening.
Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
Use a spacer device if instructed by your doctor to improve delivery to the lungs.

Throat irritation
Cough
Nausea
Constipation
Dry mouth
Increased heart rate
Tremors
Muscle cramps
Paradoxical bronchospasm (rare)
The interaction between alcohol and Formoterol + Glycopyrrolate is not significant; however, excessive alcohol intake may worsen COPD symptoms.
May cause dizziness or blurred vision in some patients. Avoid driving or operating machinery if affected.
Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. The safety in pregnancy and breastfeeding is not fully established.
Not usually recommended for children. Consult your pediatrician.
Usually no dose adjustment is necessary for patients with mild to moderate kidney impairment. Consult your doctor for severe impairment.
