Levosalbutamol Syrup 1mg Per 5ml 100ml (Levosalbutamol) selectively binds to beta-2 adrenergic receptors in the lungs. Increased cAMP leads to relaxation of bronchial smooth muscle, resulting in bronchodilation and improved airflow.
