Paracetamol (also known as acetaminophen) is the main active ingredient.Some formulations may contain additional ingredients like binders, fillers, and coatings to improve tablet or liquid form.
Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, backaches, and toothaches.
Reduction of fever.
Medomol Dt 300mg Tab (Paracetamol) reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus, the area of the brain that regulates body temperature. Its pain-relieving effect is believed to be due to its inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes in the central nervous system, although the exact mechanism is not fully understood.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The usual adult dose is 500mg to 1000mg every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4000mg in 24 hours.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
