An antiemetic (prevents nausea and vomiting) and prokinetic (increases the movement of food through the digestive tract) agent.
An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).
Relief of mild to moderate pain associated with nausea and vomiting.
Treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by various conditions (e.g., postoperative nausea, gastroenteritis).
Metoclopramide blocks dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone of the brain, reducing nausea and vomiting. It also increases gastrointestinal motility. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus and inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, reducing pain.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Take the medication with or without food, as directed.
Extrapyramidal symptoms (involuntary muscle movements) - more likely with higher doses or prolonged use.
Rare but serious: allergic reactions, blood disorders

Avoid alcohol consumption as it may increase the risk of drowsiness and other side effects.
Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.

Caution is advised in patients with impaired kidney function. Dosage adjustment may be necessary.
