S-Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels by inhibiting the entry of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle cells. S-Metoprolol reduces heart rate and contractility by blocking beta-adrenergic receptors in the heart. The combination provides a synergistic effect in lowering blood pressure and managing angina.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
