Metronidazole is an antibiotic that fights bacteria by damaging their DNA. Norfloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that works by interfering with the bacteria's ability to repair damaged DNA. The combination of Nor Metrogyl Tab (Metronidazole + Norfloxacin) is effective against a wide range of bacteria.
Store the medication in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
The dosage and frequency of administration will depend on the type and severity of the infection being treated.
Take the medication as directed by your doctor.
Do not stop taking the medication prematurely, even if you feel better.
Take the medication with a full glass of water.
Avoid taking the medication with dairy products or antacids.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets. Swallow them whole.

Headache
Dizziness
Stomach pain
Yeast infection
Joint pain
Muscle weakness
Seizures (rare)
Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication as it can increase the risk of side effects.
This medication can cause dizziness and drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.
This medication is not recommended for use during pregnancy unless the benefits outweigh the risks. It is also not recommended for use during breastfeeding as it can pass into breast milk.
This medication is not recommended for children unless prescribed by a doctor.
This medication may be adjusted for patients with kidney problems.
