This combination medication works through multiple mechanisms. Caffeine provides a stimulant effect, increasing alertness. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine, reducing allergy symptoms. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard after the expiry date.
