Omecid 20mg Cap (Esomeprazole) works by blocking the production of stomach acid. It specifically targets the proton pump, an enzyme responsible for the final step in acid secretion. By reducing acid production, esomeprazole helps to relieve symptoms and promote healing of the esophagus and stomach lining.
Store esomeprazole at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

It is typically taken once daily, either before a meal or on an empty stomach.
Swallow the capsules whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush the capsules.
