Domperidone increases the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract by blocking dopamine receptors, thereby accelerating gastric emptying. Omeprazole inhibits the enzyme H+/K+ ATPase, which is responsible for the final step of acid secretion in the stomach, significantly reducing acid production.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the packaging is damaged or the expiration date has passed.
