Cetirizine blocks histamine receptors, reducing allergy symptoms. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus. Simethicone reduces surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract, allowing them to coalesce and be expelled more easily.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
