An angiotensin ii receptor blocker (arb) that helps relax blood vessels.
A thiazide diuretic that increases urine production to lower blood pressure.
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), often when other medications haven't been effective enough.
May be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive drugs
Telmisartan blocks the effects of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels. Chlorthalidone increases the excretion of sodium and water from the body, reducing blood volume and pressure. Together, they provide a synergistic effect in lowering blood pressure.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any medication that is outdated or shows signs of deterioration.
Dosage should be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and health condition.
Typically taken once daily, with or without food.
Do not stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor.

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption as it can worsen the effects of the medication and increase the risk of side effects.
