Chlorzoxazone

Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus, the body's temperature-regulating center. Its analgesic effect is thought to be due to inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system. Chlorzoxazone's exact mechanism of action is not fully understood, but it's believed to act centrally on the brain and spinal cord to relax muscles.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

The usual adult dose is one or two tablets every four to six hours as needed, not to exceed a total of four tablets in 24 hours.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Kidney

Caution is advised in patients with liver disease. This medication should be used cautiously and under close medical supervision in those with pre-existing liver conditions. Prolonged or excessive use may increase the risk of liver damage.
