Treatment of nausea and vomiting.
Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) symptoms (when used as directed by a physician).
Metoclopramide enhances gastric emptying and intestinal motility by blocking dopamine receptors in the gut. Simethicone reduces surface tension of gas bubbles, allowing them to coalesce and be more easily expelled.
Store at room temperature away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Alcohol may potentiate the sedative effects of metoclopramide. Avoid alcohol consumption.
Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you experience drowsiness or dizziness.
Use only if specifically prescribed by a doctor. Metoclopramide may pass into breast milk.
Dosage adjustments are necessary. Consult a pediatrician.
Reduced dosage may be required for patients with impaired kidney function.
