Mephentermine

Is the primary active ingredient.

Treatment of hypotension (low blood pressure), particularly during anesthesia or surgery.

Treatment of circulatory shock (when blood flow is severely reduced).

Treatment of nasal congestion (as a nasal decongestant – less common use).

Phentin 15mg Injection (Mephentermine) is a sympathomimetic amine. It acts directly on alpha- and beta-adrenergic receptors, causing vasoconstriction (narrowing of blood vessels) and increased heart rate and contractility. This leads to increased blood pressure and improved circulation.

Store at controlled room temperature, 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage is determined by the physician based on the patient's condition and response to treatment.

Mephentermine is typically administered intravenously (IV), intramuscularly (IM), or subcutaneously (SC).

Specific dosages vary widely depending on the indication and the patient's health. Never self-administer mephentermine.

Children

Dosage and use in children should only be determined by a physician.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney impairment as excretion might be affected.



Liver

Use with caution in patients with liver impairment as metabolism might be affected.
