The exact mechanism of Piratum 400 Capsule (Piracetam) is not fully understood, but it's believed to modulate neurotransmitter release, improve neuronal membrane fluidity, and enhance synaptic plasticity. It may also improve cerebral blood flow, though this effect is debated.
