This combination drug formulation works through a multi-pronged approach. Capsaicin depletes substance P, reducing pain signals. Menthol and methyl salicylate act as counter-irritants, creating a distraction from pain through a cooling or warming sensation. Piroxicam, an NSAID, reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting COX enzymes.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
