Diazepam enhances the effect of GABA, a neurotransmitter that inhibits neuronal excitability, leading to anxiolytic and muscle relaxant effects. Imipramine inhibits the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine, neurotransmitters implicated in mood regulation, thereby increasing their levels in the synaptic cleft and improving mood.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any medication that is outdated or shows signs of deterioration.

Diazepam and Imipramine are usually administered orally.
