This combination drug works through multiple mechanisms. Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system, Cetirizine blocks histamine receptors to reduce allergy symptoms, Paracetamol reduces fever and pain through central effects on the brain, and Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to relieve congestion.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard after the expiry date.
