Calcitriol promotes calcium absorption and bone mineralization, while clobetasol propionate suppresses the inflammatory response in the skin by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators. The combination is effective in treating severe skin conditions where both vitamin D deficiency and inflammation contribute to the disease.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Dosage and duration of treatment should be determined by a physician based on the severity of the condition and individual patient response.
Apply a thin film to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by your doctor.
Do not exceed the prescribed dosage or duration of treatment.
Systemic absorption (rare but potentially serious) leading to effects like Cushing's syndrome.

Skin thinning (atrophy).
Striae (stretch marks).
Increased risk of skin infections.
Hyperglycemia (high blood sugar).
No specific interaction with alcohol is reported, but excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided.
