This combination medication works synergistically. Ambroxol and guaifenesin act as expectorants to facilitate mucus clearance. Menthol provides localized relief from congestion and cough. Terbutaline, a beta-2 agonist, relaxes bronchial smooth muscle, widening airways to improve breathing and reduce wheezing associated with congestion.
Store at room temperature (20-25°C), away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
