A simethicone, an anti-foaming agent that helps to relieve gas and bloating.
A pain reliever and fever reducer.
Relief of abdominal pain and discomfort associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
Treatment of symptoms of functional dyspepsia (indigestion)
Relief of mild to moderate pain associated with gastrointestinal issues
Reduction of bloating and gas associated with gastrointestinal upset
This combination medication works through multiple mechanisms. Dicyclomine and clidinium reduce intestinal spasms by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that stimulates muscle contractions. Dimethicone reduces gas bubbles in the intestines. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.
