A thiazide diuretic that helps your body get rid of excess salt and water.
A beta-blocker that slows down your heart rate and lowers blood pressure.
An angiotensin ii receptor blocker (arb) that relaxes blood vessels and lowers blood pressure.
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
May be used in patients who haven't achieved adequate blood pressure control with singleagent therapy.
This combination medication works through three different pathways to lower blood pressure. Chlorthalidone increases urine output, reducing blood volume. Metoprolol slows the heart rate and reduces the force of contractions. Telmisartan blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels.
Store at room temperature (20-25°C). Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
Dosage should be determined by your physician based on your individual needs and response to treatment.
Take the medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not change your dose or stop taking the medication without consulting your physician.
The medication is usually taken once daily, with or without food.

Alcohol can worsen the side effects of this medication, particularly dizziness and lightheadedness. Limit or avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication.

This medication is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor immediately if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
