Telsar Ln 5mg Tab (Cilnidipine + Telmisartan) works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing the amount of hormones that constrict blood vessels. This combined effect lowers blood pressure, improving blood flow and reducing the workload on the heart.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

This medication is typically taken once daily, with or without food.
Do not crush or chew the tablets. Swallow them whole with a glass of water.
